Which payment methods are available?
We accept a lot of methods, include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay and much more payments from customers worldwide.
Will I receive an invoice?
You will receive an order summary along with the order confirmation. Once your shipment is dispatched, the invoice will be included in your package or sent to you via email. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email.
What about VAT?
In general:
All prices listed on the site already include VAT.
For registered companies:
Kindly reach out to us via email and supply your valid company VAT number, along with a list of your orders (you can easily compile this list by adding items to your cart and sending it to us). Upon verification, we will exempt taxes on the products and send you an invoice.
Orders & Shipping
Can I track my order?
Certainly, you can track your order. We will provide you with a tracking number once we dispatch your parcel.
How long does order processing take?
The processing will take approximately 1-2 working days. During this time you will receive a reply from us regarding your order. We are shipping all of our orders worldwide from our warehouse in Viana do Castelo, Portugal via CTT – Correios de Portugal.
How can I change my order?
You can modify your order as long as we haven’t cut the laces yet.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, we are shipping worldwide.
Free shipping
Free shipping for orders over 100 EUR within the EU and 60 EUR within Portugal.

Returns & exchanges are not accepted.
