Delivery Times

The time it takes for your parcel to arrive depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location. You will see the available options and estimated delivery windows specific to your address before completing your purchase.

• Please note: While we process orders within 1-2 working days, transit times are managed by the carriers and may vary during peak seasons (like Christmas).

Order Tracking

• United Kingdom: Free shipping for orders over €150.

• USA: Free shipping for orders over €300.

• Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Israel, and Mexico: Free shipping for orders over €250.
